This beautiful Victorian house built in 1892 needed just a little help to be bringing back to its former beauty.  The main goal of the homeowners was to preserve all gorgeous architectural details, while still managing to bring their personal touch, energy and atmosphere adding more light, neutral colors and more open space in their new home.

What we did:

  • Re-plaster walls
  • Paint interior walls in beautiful neutral grays
  • Re-finish & Stain the original hardwood floors
  • Open up doorway from kitchen to dining room to create open living concept
  • Install recessed lighting in the living/dining space
  • Re-finish and paint the wood staircase –
  • Install all new crown molding and baseboards
  • Install dining room wainscoting
  • Rip out carpet in the bedroom and install hardwood floors
